Zeekr
- Who are they? Founded in 2021, Zeekr is the high-end / premium all-electric brand of Chinese giant Geely. It shares the same parent company as Volvo, Polestar and Lotus, immediately giving it an international presence and a substantial industrial foundation.
- What sets them apart: A very high level of engineering and performance. Developed partly in Sweden at the group’s European technology development centre (CEVT), the vehicles are built on the modular SEA platform. They feature impressive power outputs, 800V architectures enabling ultra-fast charging, and finishes on a par with the European premium segment.
- Their positioning in Switzerland: Present on the Swiss market, Zeekr directly targets established players in the high-end segment (Porsche Taycan, Audi e-tron GT, Tesla Model S/Y). Its range extends from the elegant compact crossover (Zeekr X) to the high-performance Shooting Brake (Zeekr 001), as well as more family-oriented, technology-focused SUVs (Zeekr 7X).
